RAVE REVIEW
"I've been doing Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Mixed Martial Arts for over a year. It is by far the most demanding set of sports both mentally and physically. It is chess with a V12 engine! As a certified personal trainer and conditioning specialist, this is one of the best sports for increasing aerobic and anerobic strength and endurance. It also is fantastic for motivation to improve your physical fitness, the more fit you are, the better you do."

They later took in students of all nationalities and abilities both pro, amateur, and people traveling through to experience Muay Thai. Blas trained Brazilian Jiu Jitsu briefly under Coach JD Shelly, and is now training under Coach Paul Halme.
