RAVE REVIEW
“I have been at Peak Performance Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for a year now and as a high school coach I believe that the self-awareness, discipline, and mental toughness taught here can benefit athletes of all ages. In addition to those benefits, Jiu-Jitsu is also a great way to stay in shape and many of the body mechanics transfer to a variety of sports including football, baseball, and wrestling. Paul is a great instructor and I have enjoyed learning from him and all of the friendly people there.”

Muay Thai
In our Muay Thai program you will learn to throw punches, kicks, knees, and elbows effectivly in different combinations. Much like our MMA program many of our students compete on a regular basis. Our Thai classes focus on everything from jumping rope, shadow boxing, bag work, focus and Thai pad work, partner drills, and sparring. In our Thai class participants must wear handwraps, a mouth piece, a cup, shorts with a t-shirt, and sometimes boxing gloves.
